About Our Class
A time to be in presence, support and acknowledgement our moment.
A space to lean in the direction of balance, the direction of a full breath and open eyes.
Combining guided reflection, practiced presence, and energetic/somatic tools; our focus is to regulate the nervous system, ease stored emotions, and receive new insights. An invitation is to connect more deeply with ourselves and our awareness of what we require. When we gather in vulnerability and trust, transformation unfolds and more space for healing is created.
Group size is limited 9 women (including me) to allow time and space for everyone to participate. With this in mind I am hosting two in-person groups each week at Kaleidoscope, Mondays 10am & Wednesdays 6:30pm. If there is interest I am open to adding additional days and times. On online circle will be coming in the near future as well.
