About Our Class
A time to be in presence, support and acknowledgement our moment.
A space to lean in the direction of balance, the direction of a full breath and open eyes.
Combining guided reflection, practiced presence, and energetic/somatic tools; our focus is to regulate the nervous system, ease stored emotions, and receive new insights. An invitation is to connect more deeply with ourselves and our awareness of what we require. When we gather in vulnerability and trust, transformation unfolds and more space for healing is created.
The group is intentionally limited to 9 women, including myself, to guarantee that everyone can actively participate. To facilitate this, I am hosting two in-person groups each week at Kaleidoscope: Mondays at 10am and Wednesdays at 6:30pm.
