About Our Class
The focus of the Root Chakra is survival, grounding and basic instincts. How we interact with the physical world: our bodies, finances, work and the environment. Our ability to identify with our physical body and what it requires is also held here. This chakra is the grounding force that allows us to connect to the earth energies and empower our beings.
